Loopwheeler Crewneck Sweat - Grey
At OH we always dig a new take on an old classic. Take the classic grey sweatshirt, most everyone has one. But as our friends who collect vintage clothing will tell you, there's a specific era of sweatshirt that stands above the rest - the 1920s. Classic examples by brands like Champion & LL Bean are coveted because they were made on loopwheel machines, a painfully slow, yet exquisite feeling process that produces some of the best sweatshirts possible.
Our friends at Velva Sheen just hit us with a mid-weight sweatshirt made by Loopwheeler in Japan. The specially made fabric undergoes no tension during knitting, resulting in a soft but strong fabric, and the best material made today. Velva Sheen modernized it by cutting the fabric (instead of tubular knit) into a modern fit.
Bottom line...throw out your other grey sweatshirts, this is the only one you need.
